Instruments
Cumulative + flute

Lyrics
Verse
Before I answer, let me breathe,
Before I wound, let anger leave.
Truth can speak without a fight,
Mercy helps us make things right.
Chorus
Yahweh, give me words of grace,
Let compassion shape my face.
Love my neighbour, clear and true,
Never give the hurt I would not want from you.
Outro
Breathe in peace, breathe out pride,
Let truth and mercy walk beside.
Teacher / Arrangement Direction
Flute carries a short answering phrase after each sung line. Begin with 396 tension/release, settle at 432 for breath and self-control, warm the mercy lines through 528, then thin the texture at 741 for the clearest truth statement. The 741 stage should sound clearer, not merely louder.
