The Songs

Three sets of songs, presented exactly as they were created: the first twenty-seven, the forty-eight duets written after them, and the additional songs created from the Facebook posts. Every held song stands in full — its lyrics, its key, tempo and meter, its frequency arc, its instruments and its composer's notes — on the same template as the songbook itself.

How these songs were made

All of the songs in this package were made on the same template and the same frequency chart — the words designed to flow with the instruments according to the frequencies and according to the emotions, made to move the emotions and light up the brain, at the project's A = 432 Hz reference tuning. The frequency values are the composer's artistic production cues, printed as he set them down.

The lyrics of these songs were made to flow with the instruments, and they stand original — the way they were created. Nothing on these pages is rewritten, substituted, or completed by another hand.

For musicians: the notes and instruments on every song page stand exactly as created — skilled musicians can already play this music as written. Where a manuscript has not yet been recovered, the page says so plainly and nothing is written in its place.

What is held, and what is in recovery

Held and presented in full: the 27 songs of From Darkness Into Light and the 69 added songs — 96 songs. In recovery: the 48 duet manuscripts of First Love and 3 further songs that reconcile the collection's full count of 78 (27 + 48 + 3). Their place stands marked on the duets page; the words and notes will stand there when the manuscripts are in hand.
